  • Always check live events calendar before adding an event, to prevent duplicates.
  • Only add events to Bedework when details are confirmed.
  • Add recurring events in seasonal three month periods (Dec Jan Feb, Mar Apr May, Jun Jul Aug, Sept Oct Nov).
  • For example, for a story time recurring every Wednesday, add event to Bedework as four event recurrences (one DecJanFeb listing, one MarAprMay listing, one JunJulAug listing, and one SepOctNov listing).
  • Add future events, but not more than nine months in advance.
